Our KMS Transportation Form is available to you starting today, Friday July 25, 2025.

Complete this form to let us know how your child will be arriving at school as well as how they go home in the afternoon.  This form is a simple fillable form that you complete online and when you hit SUBMIT at the bottom of the page it will be sent directly to us!! 

By completing the form and submitting it right away—we can get a jump on setting up your child’s transportation before school starts!!!
